    Validation of the statutory accounts, settlement of financial statement, setting up the evolution of financial standards (IFRS 15).

    Settlement of budget and forecasts, management of trade working capital.

    Deployment of internal controls (audit follow-up, setting up of action plan).

    Integration of the latest acquisitions (Billetreduc.com and Mondocteur) and setting up of new subsidiaries (Doctipharma in France et Doctissimo in Mexico).

    Optimization of the balance sheet (liquidation, sale of shares, mergers, setting up of management packages such as stock options).
